Our job is to help you meet your fitness goals. We'll work to help you achieve functional movement, strength, and cardio vascular fitness.

Strength will come. Every workout is scaled to your ability. Rome wasn't built in a day!
Regular Classes (CrossFit classes) are held Monday-Friday throughout the day (see SCHEDULE). Regular classes are for all levels and consist of a group warm up led by a coach to ready you for the WOD (workout of the day), a strength portion which may involve Olympic lifting, power lifting, or skill work and then a METCON (metabolic conditioning). When time allows, there will be a cool down and some mobility work. Everyone will do the same WOD, however, the WOD will be scaled up or down by our coaches to better fit you as an athlete.
CrossFit Light (on ramp classes) are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:00pm and are 6 week long sessions (SCHEDULE). CrossFit Light is a great introduction to CrossFit. This is an excellent way to get in shape for the beach, vacation, or to jump start your fitness. You will learn movements from a beginning level to help teach form. However, CrossFit Light is for all walks of fitness levels.
